The MEI-USA Model M1000A Transmitter is a highly durable and precise laser system designed for grading and leveling applications. It is heat resistant up to 60°C and waterproof, featuring a tripod mounting system and a working diameter of approximately 1,000 meters (1 km). The device allows for slope adjustments from 1 mm to 10 ft, maintains an accuracy of ±1.5 mm, and supports self-leveling within a ±5° range. It operates at rotating speeds between 600 and 1200 rpm, with a battery life of up to 65 hours and 25 hours on dry cells.

The Control Box (Model MEI 312), also manufactured by MEI-USA, is both heat and water-resistant. It supports fully automatic blade control for precision grading, with options for both manual and automatic operation. It features on-grade accuracy selection and operates within a temperature range of -15°C to 60°C using a 12V DC power supply, and weighs approximately 1.5 kg.

The MEI-USA Model 367 SB Receiver is built for extreme durability, with internal protection against shock and vibration. It offers a 360° beam-detecting angle, has a height of 200 mm (7.8 inches), and is water and dust resistant. The receiver includes a super bright LED display with two intensity settings for high and low ambient light conditions. It is powered by a 12/24V DC power source.

The Laser Scraper features a robust design with an overall length of 4,400 mm (14.4 ft), a width of 2,570 mm (8.4 ft), and a height of 2,000 mm (6.5 ft), with an approximate weight of 1,000 kg. It is equipped with four tires sized 6.50 – 14 (6PR).
